SBPHC is excited to be back in Alford to offer a No-Cost Flu Vaccine Clinic on Friday, September 15th from 12pm - 2pm in the Alford Town Hall!  

Pre-registration is required this year https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown to help us ensure proper staffing and vaccine supply.  This particular clinic is listed under “Alford Town Hall”.  A complete list of upcoming clinics, including evening clinics and those who are expected to offer COVID starting in early October, can be found at www.sb-phc.org.

This year, we wil be providing normal and senior dose flu plus limited supplies of egg-free for those who need it.  There is no out-of-pocket cost, however, we ask that you bring your insurance card with you.

The updated COVID vaccine won’t be available until late September/early October and so we won’t be able to offer it at this clinic.  That being said, we are working with our community partners to ensure individuals wanting the updated COVID have access when the time comes. Here are tips that may come in handy when you register:

  • When listing your name: Please register using the same name configuration that is on your insurance card. 
  • Medicare Part B: Most individuals 65+ that live in South County have “Medicare Part B of Massachusetts”. 
  • Program kicking back your insurance? No worries, just click “No insurance” option and bring your card to the clinic and we are happy to help!
  • Need help registering or need a home-bound vaccine?  Call Jill Sweet at 413 717 7209 or jill@tritownhealth.org
  • Looking for COVID Vaccine? Updated Pfizer COVID vaccine for 12 and older will be added to our clinics as soon as it becomes available.  People who had already have an appointment for a flu vaccine in October can easily add COVID before or at the clinic.
