Public Hearing- Short Term Rental by-Law

TOWN OF ALFORD 

PLANNING BOARD   

Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 pm on January 11, 2023, in person or on Zoom, the Alford

Planning Board will hold a public hearing to see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw to regulate the short term rental of rooms and the short-term rental of entire dwellings (i) by amending Appendix B to said Zoning Bylaw, entitled “Accessory Use Regulations,” by adding new Sections 12 and 13 thereto, and (ii) by adding a new Section 8.4 to said Zoning

Bylaw, entitled “Short-Term Rental of Residential Properties,” all as follows; or take any other action in relation thereto.  Copies of the proposed bylaw are available for inspection on the town website, townofalford.org(on the Planning Board Page) and/or in the Town Offices.  An agenda will be posted with the Zoom link at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
