Resiliency with a Passion Series - 05/03/2021

The COA of Alford is excited to present a series of visits, on Zoom for now, with interesting people who discovered a passion later in life and would like to share their stories with us. The series is titled “Resiliency with a Passion” and each host will share their personal story and their passion with us.

I am excited to announce our first host is Susan Spiegel Solovay, formerly a marketing executive for 30 years in NYC. She would like to share her passion for Medical Hypnosis with you. Susan became certified as a Medical Hypnotist in 2010 and currently works in the field – helping people reduce pain, relieve stress, and change habits. After an introduction, Susan will lead us in a 20 minute hypnosis experience, so plan to be a quiet place in your home where you will not be disturbed.

These zoom visits are informal, participants are encouraged to engage with one another. The goal of the series is to have new experiences, meet new people, have fun!
