Disposal System Construction Permit (Septic System DSCP)

Per 310 CMR 15.000 (Title 5) Disposal System Construction Permits (DSCP) is required to be submitted with any design to build a new septic system, replacement septic system or component in the Town of Alford.
All DSCP permit application packets should include the following:
- Completed DSCP Permit Application
- Check for $175 Payable to "Town of Alford"
- 2 sets of plans, stamped by an P.E. or R.S.
